This patient is a 43 year old female that did not like the loose skin of her abdomen. She was in excellent shape and worked out regularly. We decided to proceed with a full abdominoplasty and liposuction of the waist.

At the time of surgery, I removed significant excess abdominal skin and reconstructed her abdominal wall by plicating her rectus muscles. I also performed liposuction of her waist. She went home the day of surgery.

Her recovery was straightforward and rapid. She returned to work in 2 weeks. She was happy with her tight abdominal skin and narrower waistline.
