Case 127: Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) and liposuction of Abdomen  Before  After
We discussed a full abdominoplasty and repair of her abdominal muscles. At the time of surgery, I removed a significant amount of excess abdominal skin and repaired her abdominal wall by plicating her rectus muscles. She went home the day of her surgery. Her recovery from surgery was straight forward. She was able to return to full activity in one month. She felt we had achieved our goal of getting her back in her swimwear!
