This Patient is a healthy and active 55 year old mother of two who wanted a limited office procedure with little down time to address age related changes of her face. We discussed her eye and eyebow relationship. We discussed her cheek volume loss as well as her more noticeable nasolabial folds. We also discussed her concerns with her longstanding acne scarring. We decided that a soft and limited improvement would serve her needs best.

Her treatment included Xeomin for treating her eyebrow position and crows feet as well as smoothing the skin of her forehead. We used a small amount of Radiesse to refill her Cheeks. We used Restylane to treat her tear trough deformity that contributed to her tired look. We also used Restylane to treat her nasolabial folds. Her acne scars were treated in layers with Belotero and Restylane as needed.

She felt her face looked more youthful and less tired. She was happy with her results.
